Sulfomethyl phenolic resin for drilling fluids
This product is anionic water-soluble polyelectrolyte, which is a kind of temperature and salt resistant fluid loss reducer for drilling fluid. There are two types of sulfonated phenolic resin products, powder products for brown red powder, easy to dissolve into water, the aqueous solution is alkaline.

Scope of application:
This product is used together with sulfonated lignite, sulfonated tannin and sulfonated asphalt, etc. It can be configured with "three sulfonic" mud system, which is one of the ideal high-temperature deep well mud systems. This product can also be used as oil well cement fluid loss reducer.
Usage and dosage:
The powder product can be added directly to the drilling fluid through the mixing funnel, but the adding speed should be slow to prevent caking, and it is best to mix into 5%-10% adhesive liquid and then add to the drilling fluid. The first recommended addition is 1%-3% of the circulating mud volume.
Packing and storage:
Powder products are packed in moisture-proof kraft paper lined with plastic bags, each bag weighs 25 kg net. Liquid products are packaged in plastic drums according to user needs. Products should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry warehouse. The shelf life of powder products is one year, and the shelf life of liquid products is three months.
