Wellbore instability is a long-term complicated problem that affects the drilling cost in the old oil area and the drilling schedule in the new area. For drilling in the new area, the most effective asphalt anti-collapsing agent has been banned by the geological department because of its high fluorescence level, so it is of great significance to research and develop a new high-efficiency anti-collapsing agent without pollution and fluorescence. The general saturated carbon chain polymer has no fluorescence, and the polar groups such as the branched chain light group and the dolomitic group have affinity and adsorption to the clay, and play a bonding and strengthening role in the clay particle gap. DY-067 is a preferred film forming resin, which is a non-ionic saturated carbon chain polymer. When the aqueous solution or drilling fluid prepared with it encounters porous media (such as rocks, etc.), it can penetrate a small amount of water into the medium, thus forming a dense and strong film on the surface of the medium to prevent water from continuing to enter. Therefore, DY-067 is a non-fluorescent, non-polluting, non-ionic saturated carbon chain polymer of medium molecular weight. The indoor evaluation DY-067 can well inhibit clay expansion, prevent shale dispersion, reduce filtration loss and mud cake infiltration, and can be compatible with common treatment agents. It is a very effective drilling fluid to prevent collapsing.

How to use:
Suitable for all kinds of water-based drilling fluid system can be directly added to the circulating mud, the first recommended addition of this product is 1%-3% of the circulating mud.
Packing and storage:
This product is a viscous liquid, can be provided according to user needs, 50 or 200 kg plastic drums. Products should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place. The product retention period is one year.
