• Common fault diagnosis
  1. The crankpin is making a harsh sound. The possible cause is that the cap of the crankpin is loose. At this time the crank pin cap should be prepared tightly.
  2. The reducer appears regular sound (gear impact sound), it proves that the balance is not good, need to adjust the balance. If the reducer appears irregular sound, this time may be the bearing is broken, need to repair the reducer.
  3. If the temperature of the reducer spindle bearing rises abnormally and the iron pin splashes, the reducer should be short of oil at this time. It is necessary to check the lubricating oil condition and the damage of the reducer bearing and gear.
  4. If there is a sound at the top of the donkey head, it may be the middle seat bearing is broken, and the end cover of the middle seat grinding shaft. At this time should check the donkey head installation is not correct, at the same time check the seat.
  5. If there is an irregular sound without a certain place, it may be that the force of the pin is not good, and the sound of structural parts trembling.
